Ideal candidates are those with previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. This is a non-sales role, focusing primarily on inbound call assistance for consumers.
We're currently hiring TWO candidates for immediate start with paid training.

About Us:
We are a well-established medium-sized travel company in Westlake Village, serving over 6 million customers in travel, entertainment, and dining since 1980.
We're seeking (2) two full-time, detail-oriented individuals with excellent customer service skills. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
Applicants should be fluent in English and capable of handling up to 40 inbound calls daily. Candidates must also have a strong attendance record, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Compensation: Starting at $17/hr, with additional bonuses and benefits (post a 90-day period).
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. No weekends or holidays. On-site only.
