We are local automotive and powersports parts manufacturer, distributor, and online retailer. We distribute nation- and world-wide. Position is in an office environment but works closely with the warehouse.
We are looking for a highly driven and motivated self-starter to join our company within our Customer Service/ Sales department. This position is highly dynamic and requires excellent organization skills to provide to drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via primarily phone calls but also email and support tickets
Troubleshoot and solve technical problems, approve warranty replacements
Capture sales and input them into system
Create new wholesale accounts and manage interactions with repeat buyers
Maintain a timely and appropriate response to customer calls or emails
Work cross-departmentally to ensure customer service, sales, and technical support goals are met.
Reports directly to General Manager
Skills Required
2+ years customer service experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of professional email etiquette
Excellent verbal and written communication
Minimum Requirements
High School Degree - Associates or BA/BS Preferred
2+ Years Customer Service and Sales experience
E-commerce experience a plus
Highly driven and motivated individual looking for a long-term position with plenty of growth
Compensation
$15-18/hr (DOE)
