Ventura on Ice at Pacific View Mall is Now Hiring – Skate Guards & All Positions Available! (Ventura, CA)
Looking for some extra holiday cash? Ventura on Ice at the Pacific View Mall in Ventura, CA is now hiring for various positions to join our festive team! The rink is open from mid-November through January, and we’re looking for enthusiastic and flexible team members to bring the holiday spirit to life.
Available Positions:
Cashiers and Rink Attendants: You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, handles rental skates, processes admissions, and keeps the rink area tidy. Exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential!
Skate Guards/Ice Monitors: Keep skaters safe on the ice while assisting them as needed. Strong skating skills are required, and First Aid certification is a bonus.
Assistant Management: Candidates with prior management experience and, ideally, some background in ice rink operations or Zamboni driving are encouraged to apply. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming rink environment.
All positions require schedule flexibility, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Please note, applicants must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
