Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, demonstrating expertise in both phone-based and field sales. This role requires effectively engaging with our diverse customer base, including self-identified prospects and commercial clients. While residential sales present more straightforward opportunities, securing commercial accounts demands strategic relationship-building and solution-oriented approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct proactive outreach to self-identified residential prospects via phone and online channels.

Cultivate relationships with existing commercial clients and explore opportunities for account growth.

Identify and pursue new commercial prospects through cold calling and networking.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on expanding revenue streams and market penetration.

Maintain a balanced approach to sales activities, adapting strategies to accommodate seasonal fluctuations in demand.

Manage day-to-day tasks efficiently, transitioning between office-based and field sales responsibilities seamlessly.

Utilize organizational skills to prioritize SCQ opportunities and schedule field appointments effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, with a focus on both phone-based and field sales techniques.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of engaging diverse customer demographics.

Demonstrated resilience and adaptability, particularly in navigating seasonal sales patterns.
