We are PRIME GROUP, a leading residential owner and manager of apartment communities across the western United States. We operate in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington State.
We are currently hiring a FULL-TIME Leasing Consultant! We prefer applicants with prior leasing experience, but applicants with STRONG sales and customer service experience are encouraged to apply. Work Schedule Tuesday through Saturday. Compensation commensurate with experience + monthly BONUSES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Warmly greet prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present community and specific apartments and answer incoming telephone calls and handle accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILL SET:
Must have great customer service skills
Must have sales experience - ability to close the sale!
Must have a positive attitude
Must be willing to participate as a team member
Must have a consistent work history and verifiable references
Must be able to pass a background search and drug screen
