Adolescent Treatment Center with locations in Thousand Oaks, Woodland Hills and Malibu is seeking Program Aides / Technicians to work overnight shifts from 12:00am to 12:00pm (note: other shifts may become available based on training completion and availability ).
General Job Duties:
The primary job is to keep the clients safe and comfortable as possible.
Facilitates clients daily activities in residential treatment, clients are there for various mental health and drug and alcohol treatment.
Transports clients in company vehicles to doctor appts, and nightly activities. (typically day shift)
Observes and monitors clients' behavior and document observations, and assists with supervision of medication protocols.
Communicates client interaction with therapists and treatment providers and helps clients get the best care possible.
Conducts UA drug screen collection when directed, following appropriate procedures
The ideal candidate is someone who is detailed and has a desire to help facilitate change in teens headed down the wrong path. He or she would also have a good sense of humor and can be flexible to changes during the shift when things don't go "perfectly". We are a hard-working team but we also have a great time.

Details:
We start at $15 per hour and typically promote from within.
Must be able to pass drug screen
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Valid Drivers License Required
3- 12 hour shifts are considered full time.
Wednesday morning we have a mandatory staff meeting.
If you have EVER been arrested for ANYTHING it may slow the hiring process down 3-6 months. You will not be able to work shifts until it is cleared.
