Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Daily, starting at 7:00 PM (Approx. 2–4 hours per day)
Location: On-site Ojai
We are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy individual to handle the evening "close-out" of our daily operations. You will be responsible for the final bridge between our online sales and the customer’s front door.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and prepping daily orders with high attention to detail.
Shipping Logistics: Printing labels and managing shipments through Shopify and TikTok Shop dashboards.
Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email.
Collaboration: Working closely with our team (and Mom!) to ensure inventory is handled correctly.
Requirements
Tech Proficiency: You must be comfortable navigating Shopify and TikTok Shop (experience here is a major plus).
Bilingual (English/Spanish): Fluent Spanish is required to communicate effectively with our internal team.
Evening Availability: Work begins at 7:00 PM daily. Shifts usually last 2–3 hours, extending to 4 hours during high-volume periods.
Dog Friendly: We have a dog in the house, so you must be comfortable working around a furry co-worker!
Detail Oriented: You’ll be the last person to touch an order before it reaches the customer.
