Personal Insurance Account Manager
Independent Insurance Agency that has been in business for over fifty years.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ year's personal lines experience and must have worked with Mercury Ins Co. AMS360 or other agency management software experience is a plus. A current State of California Property and Casualty License is required. Salary depends on experience. Job also includes 100% employer paid health, dental and disability benefits along with the ability to join the Simple IRA with 3% match by employer. Works hours are 8am to 4:30pm with a one hour lunch, that is a 7.5 hour work days, 37.5 work week.
Job Summary
Service focus with an emphasis on account rounding while processing/remarketing renewals, quoting new business, assisting customers with billing, certificates, endorsements, claims etc. on personal lines policies only.
Job Requirements
3+ years Personal lines insurance experience.
Must know Mercury First and Quicksilver programs
Must have State of California Property and Casualty License
AMS360 Knowledge a plus
Able to work in a team environment with both producers and other account managers.
Strong time management and analytical skills
Ability to utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
