Receptionist (Customer Service Rep.)
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers—providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, in person and over the phone.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and route calls/messages to the appropriate staff.
Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers regarding repair status and documentation.
Create customer files with appropriate customer and insurance information
Collect payments and handle basic billing transactions.
Coordinate rental car pick-up and drop-off as needed.
Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining a clean, welcoming front office.
Support the management team with administrative duties
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
1+ year of experience in customer service or office administration (auto industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
Experience with auto repair management software (CCC One, Mitchell, etc.) is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Bi-Lingual a plus, but not required.
