A leading Internet Marketing company is looking to add an experienced SEO Client Partner to its team. In this role, you will be responsible for Digital Marketing strategy as well as coordinating work with your internal and overseas project teams.
Responsibilities:
Providing quality Digital Marketing account management
Oversight and follow-up on all campaign deliverables
Maintaining regular communication with all clients
Providing and explaining campaign reports to each client
Remaining apprised of the current status and next steps for each client assigned to his or her team
Requirements:
At least 3 years of customer service experience
At least 2 year of SEO account management experience
Google Analytics certification a plus
Other digital marketing experience a plus
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Strong technical skills including excellent knowledge of Outlook, Excel and MS Word
Customer service oriented attitude and positive outlook
Able to prioritize your day in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Flexible, able to multi-task and keep organized
Effective when working in a team environment
Close attention to detail and ability to enter orders accurately
Able to think quickly on your feet
