Established in 1976, we are a reputable full-service civil engineering, land surveying, and land use consulting firm specializing in high-end residential development and design. We are searching for a licensed Civil Engineer (CA P.E.) to join our team and spearhead residential land development projects. You'll be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and stamping critical documents, such as grading plans, drainage plans, and hydrology reports.

Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and review of construction documents (grading & drainage plans) for residential development projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and California stormwater regulations.
Analyze site conditions, perform hydrology calculations, and design stormwater management systems using advanced Civil 3D and hydrology software.
Collaborate effectively with project teams including designers, surveyors, and contractors.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and regulatory agencies.
Hold a valid California Professional Civil Engineer (CA P.E.) license.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential land development in California
Experience in preparing and stamping construction documents for residential projects
Demonstrated expertise in hydrology and stormwater management system designs specific to California regulations
Proficiency with Civil 3D and hydrology software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Management experience with leading an engineering team
Rate of Pay: $100,000-110,000 DOE
Years of Experience: 5 years (preferred)
