SAP ABAP Developer - $110K - $150K + Monthly and Annual Bonus & Profit Sharing – 1st yr = 20%, 2nd yr on = 25% BS / BA degree or equivalent required, 8+ years experience required in SAP ABAP development in implementation, configuration, and production support of the system. Lead technical teams, and lead projects. Keep job knowledge and skills up to date in line with job demands as technology and/or the job evolves. Experience working with ABAP ALV reporting. Deep understanding and experience with User-Exits, BADIs, and enhancement points. Knowledge of SAP data dictionary and file structures. Working understanding of the following modules HR, SD, FI/CO, MM, PP, and APO. Experience of ABAP Object Orientated programming. Mastery of ABAP Debugging and Performance Monitoring Tools. Experience with SAP SAPScript, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms. Experience with creating complex SAP workflows. Experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills; organizational skills; attention to detail, ability to monitor application design and ensure compliance with IT standards. Good conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply application knowledge to identify appropriate solutions. 0-5% Travel Required. A Plus MS desired. SAP certification in development Knowledge in BW. Experience with WEB Dynpro programming.
