Description

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.

- Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.

- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.

- Handle cash/credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.

- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.

Requirements

- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.

- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation.

- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly ConStrata, is preferred.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.

- Ability to perform basic restaurant math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

- Experience in catering or event service is a plus but not required.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
