Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
Arrive to work on time for scheduled shift
Follow all company policies and procedures for HACCP and Food Safety
Frequently wash hands and change gloves
Ask questions to supervisor if not sure of something
Proper proofing techniques for each variety of bread
Proper baking technique for each variety of bread
Understanding of oven bake off flow
Completes tasks in a timely manner
Keep baking station/equipment clean
Keep baking racks organized within bakery
Keep product on cooling racks organized
Shifts are during Early morning and evening, no graveyard shifts.
Minimum 2 years Baking.
