In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our close-knit catering family, overseeing responsibilities from event production to leading teams during spectacular occasions.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile person who can grow into our Production and Design Manager to join, and eventually, lead our Hospitality Hero Team. We will train you. We are looking for a vivid Pure Joy Attitude, a successful, well-rounded background in hospitality, and team leadership, and a flair for designing food stations and buffets. This position involves wearing lots of hats, physical activity, including lifting 50+ pounds, high level of organizational skills, box truck and van maintenance, warehouse/inventory mastery, and building general maintenance as well. Then, on location, eventually running large, spectacular events from beginning to end.
Seasonality:
This position offers a year-round, salaried opportunity, primarily bustling from April to October with our event and wedding season. During these peak times, availability for events, typically held on weekends, is crucial. Conversely, the quieter months bring fewer events, allowing for substantial time off alongside some winter tasks. This role is ideally suited for those seeking a flexible schedule that accommodates a healthy work/life balance, providing the freedom to manage weekday commitments while remaining committed to weekend events.
