Chick-fil-A 101 & Telephone is looking for outgoing and responsible Team Members to manage all transactions and relationships with our guests efficiently and accurately. A Customer Service Team Member's (internally called a Hospitality Team Member) main responsibilities include taking customer orders, payment, fulfilling orders, cleaning, stocking and ensuring that the guest feels cared for. The applicant we would like to employ must be able to connect with our guests in a caring way.
