Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player to join our back-of-house crew. This role keeps the kitchen running smoothly — maintaining cleanliness, supporting prep, and helping ensure every dish that leaves the line meets our standards.
Responsibilities
Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, utensils, and cookware throughout the shift
Keep dish area clean, dry, and organized at all times
Assist with basic food prep (cutting vegetables, portioning ingredients, setting up stations)
Take out trash and recycling; maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
Support cooks during peak hours as directed by the Kitchen Manager
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Help with closing duties and daily cleaning checklists
Requirements
Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Punctual, dependable, and willing to work as part of a fast-moving team
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience a plus, but not required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic — we value consistency and teamwork more than speed alone
