Server Qualifications:
1+ years of serving experience
Ability to memorize menu items in a timely manner
Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy restaurant setting
Punctual, reliable, proactive, in possession of a positive and "can-do" attitude, and well-spoken (able to freely speak to customers, make recommendations, be able to communicate menu item details)'
Sushi Chef Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sushi chef
Ability to memorize menu items in a timely manner
Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy restaurant setting
Punctual, reliable, proactive, in possession of a positive and "can-do" attitude, and able to freely speak to customers, make recommendations, be able to communicate menu item details.
