We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Cook to join our team at 14 Cannons Brewery. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, with a strong ability to manage inventory, handle vendor relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Collaborate with management on menu development
Train and lead kitchen staff
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of professional cooking experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience with vendor management and inventory control
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
