Part time night auditor needed for hotel. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with great customer service skills. This is a graveyard shift position, so we need someone that is has experience and is comfortable working the night shift.
This position requires someone that is detail oriented and has good math skills. Hotel experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The shift time is 11pm-7am and scheduled days to be determined.

Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated individual that can be responsible for hotel operations during the overnight shift. This is a graveyard shift position, so we need someone that is has experience and is able to work throughout the night shift. Requires someone that is detail oriented and has good math skills. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests and ensures maximum customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
Manages all activities at the Front Desk during the overnight shift. Ensures communications and follow-up with day shift on any problems, guest requests or special requirements.
Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guests will be in person or via telephone.
Assures that all financial and credit procedures are followed. Follows up on credit issues. Reviews day shift work to ensure that all transactions are reconciled with properly.
Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of hotel guests and employees.
Checks guest in and out in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that the correct rate is charged for the room. Checks guests out of the hotel, settles bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction.
Utilizes a computer system to check guests in and out of rooms, run daily reports, and run night audit reports.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience as night auditor preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
Excellent communications skills using the English language.
Friendly, outgoing personality.
Hours Required: Eight-hour shifts. Scheduled days and work hours may vary based on need.
Physical Demands:
Frequently walking indoors, outdoors, up, and down stairs, sitting, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying. Reaching above, at and below shoulder level. Lifting and carrying unassisted up to 30 lbs.
