Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning tasks and be committed to maintaining a clean and organized environment. This includes cleaning offices, restrooms, break rooms, as well as perform other tasks. The candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
Duties:
Launder linens and towels
Clean employee offices
Clean restrooms in the office building including washing, sanitizing, and/or polishing bathroom fixtures.
Empty and clean trash bins
Vacuums carpeted areas daily
Sweep and mop floors in all areas
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replaces when appropriate
Monthly coffee machine cleaning
Report any maintenance or repair needs
Monitor and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
Ability to stand and walk
Ability to reach above, at or below waist height
Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, turn, and twist
Ability to lift 25 lbs., regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
