Customer service skills are essential.
Available Shifts are Monday – Sunday.

Line Cook or Sous Chef, needs :
Report to work on time as scheduled and proactively communicate when you can't.
Current food handler certification card (may be obtain once hired)
Understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and knife handling skills
Ability to read and follow cooking directions
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Servers –
Properly greet and welcome guests.
Up-sell popular food and drink options.
Take orders according to guest needs and wants, and enter into POS.
Collect payment or run checks.
Know and understand our menu offering so you can explain what you’re serving to the guest.
Actively communicate any food allergies and special guest needs to the server and kitchen staff
Accurately run and deliver food as ordered by the guest
Accurately run and deliver drinks as ordered by the guests
Busses own tables to reset for the next party.
Be a great team member and help co-workers.
Act with care and professionalism at all times.
Work with a high sense of urgency.
Cooperate with co-workers and managers.
