All employees are subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
Requirements:
Must have negative COVID-19 test
Must have negative TB test
Employee is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and working area.
Employee will help staff serve dinner and collect dinner plates.
Employee will scrape all food into the garbage can
Employee will rinse plates, silverware and cooking utensils
Employee will wash plates, silverware and cooking utensils
Employees will sanitize plates, silverware and cooking utensils
Employee will set all plates, silverware and cooking utensils to dry
Wipe down all surfaces with clean rags
Use proper cleaning solution only
Make everything look beautiful for the kitchen manager the next morning
