Job Responsibilities:
-Maintain a clean & sanitary work station
-Follow plating & recipe standards
-Read tickets in English
-Prep work including butchering
-Listen and take guidance from head chef and ownership
-Daily/Weekly closing & cleaning responsibilities
-Must be legal to work in the US
-Availability Weds - Sunday Evenings
