Line Cook needs :
Report to work on time as scheduled and proactively communicate when you can't.
Current food handler certification card
Understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and knife handling skills
Ability to read and follow cooking directions
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work clean and fast for lunch and dinner service
Also some prep hours
Punctual every day
Have knife skills and kitchen equipment skills/experience
Able to follow recipes
Common sense and kitchen awareness
High level communication with co-workers
Maintain sanitized organized workstation
