Line Cook needed:
-Four years experience in a restaurant kitchen, Italian cooking a plus.
-Ability to work on a fryer, flat top, grill, sauté, and oven or mix.
-35-40 hours a week.
-Good communication skills.
-Ability to follow and execute recipes with speed and accuracy.
-Knife skills are a must.
-Able to work weekends and holidays.
