Rabalais Southern Cajun Bistro is now hiring for an experienced Prep Cook. Excellent communication, good knife skills, and the ability to follow recipes are a must. Line cook experience is a plus. This is part time position with shifts Monday, Tuesday & Sunday 9-3 and Saturday 4-10. This will be approximately 24 hours a week.
