Utility assists with routine kitchen tasks and may fill in for Grill Cook as needed. Duties include, but are not limited to scooping salads, beans and sauce, cutting bread, washing and seasoning meats, setting up workstation, washing dishes, preparing beverages and related duties. Food Safety Certificate is required.
The Utility must be and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen while performing work tasks. The ideal candidate knows how to multi-task, has great customer service skills, is a team player, punctual, reliable, flexible in a fast-paced environment and knows how to stay busy in a restaurant setting. Only serious candidates should apply.
