Cook Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu. You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele. You should also be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
Cook food in various utensils or grillers
Check food while cooking to stir or turn
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Check quality of ingredients
Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
Clean workstations
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a cook
Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware

Host/Hostess Job Description
We are looking for a Host or Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, escorting customers to the dining and bar areas, taking and placing take out orders and assisting serving staff if needed. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

We are looking for a Barback to help ensure the bar operations run efficiently. The barback will assist in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked with napkins, straws, glassware, garnishes, and all other necessities, and taking on other duties to support the bartenders and ensure that the bar operates smoothly. You should be knowledgeable about menu items, attentive, and focused on providing the best possible service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, ensuring that Bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
Ensuring that taps, coolers, and other appliances like blenders or coffee makers are working properly; troubleshooting simple malfunctions as needed.
Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles and bus tubs.
Taking orders, preparing drinks, bussing tables, opening tabs, and processing payments especially during peak hours, if bartenders need assistance.
Keep track of glasses and let the Manager know when we need new glasses entirely, a specific glass or restock of glasses that seem to be evaporating.
Be sure the speakeasy and restrooms are clean at the start of each shift. If they are not, please wipe down all surfaces immediately.
