Caregiver (36 hrs/week – 3 Days, 12-Hour Shifts)

We are a small and welcoming 6-bed senior care home in Simi Valley, is looking for a warm and dependable caregiver to join our team. We provide a peaceful, family-style environment where caregivers can truly connect with residents and make a difference every day.
Schedule
3 set days per week, 12-hour shifts (36 hours total)
We can adjust which days to fit the right caregiver’s schedule
Day shift - 6:30am-6:30pm
Compensation
$16.50–$19.50 per hour, depending on experience
What You’ll Do
Provide compassionate assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Support residents with dignity, patience, and kindness
Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment
Work as part of a small, caring team
Preferred Experience
Experience in either a large facility or a 6-bed residential care home
Requirements
Current First Aid & CPR
Registered HCA (preferred)
Pass a physical and TB Test
Pass a LiveScan Background Check
