To be considered for this position you MUST have at least 2 years' experience working in a Chiropractic / Physical Therapy / Physical Medicine office setting.

About This Position:
We are currently looking for an individual that will be working closely with all of our patients.
Prior experience in healthcare and with medical scheduling is REQUIRED.
Bilingual English and Spanish is REQUIRED.

Essential Duties:
Greet patients and check them in, confirming their insurance or self-pay status, and other relevant information.
Make appointments for patients, confirm appointments to make sure patients are on time.
Collect and process payments from patients.
Control the waiting room, attend to patient needs, and ensure the office runs on time.
Maintain organized files on all patients.
Attend to email correspondence.
Answer phones and address all patient questions and concerns.
Keep the office clean and presentable, doing spot cleaning throughout the day.
Abide by HIPAA laws regarding sharing of personal medical information.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Associate’s degree recommended.
Must have experience working with people in an medical/healthcare office environment.
Experience with chiropractic, physical therapy, and weight loss/nutrition REQUIRED
Bonus Pay Opportunity available
Job Type: Part-time with possibility for Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
Expected hours: 24 – 28 per week
