Assisting individuals with disabilities to achieve independence and enhance their quality of life by providing personalized support in various daily activities (in-home setting).

Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks
Support individuals in developing life skills and achieving personal goals
Provide companionship to promote mental well-being.
Administer medication as prescribed
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to coordinate care
Implement behavioral health strategies to support clients with developmental disabilities
Assist clients in maintaining a safe and clean-living environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with developmentally disabled individuals is preferred
- Must pass a background check.
- RBT, DSP 1 &2 Certifications, and CPI training are a plus!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
