Direct Support Professional/Caregiver
Esperance Center is looking for a Direct Support Professional/Caregiver for their Level 5 Adult Residential Facility in North Malibu/Zuma Beach, CA. Our clients (4 males, 1 female) are individuals with developmental disabilities (primarily autism). Looking for a dependable, solid staff. Duties include assisting with hygiene (showers, brushing teeth, etc.), using the restroom, walking around, medications, etc. Clients lives in a residential neighborhood, in an ARF (Adult Residential Facility). There will be two other staff working with the residents for day shifts. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, reliable, and a good team player. Full benefits and raises available after 90 days. Simple IRA eligible after 90 day probation. Must be able to pass a health screen and LiveScan fingerprint clearance. Clean driving record required to drive company van.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 3-11pm
