We're Hiring: Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Location: Fig Tree Wellness Center – Ojai, CA
Start Date: August 1, 2025
Compensation: Starting at $40/hour (Full-Time), with potential hourly rate increases following performance reviews at 3 months and 6 months.
Fig Tree Wellness Center is looking for a skilled and heart-centered Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our integrative care team. This is an exciting opportunity for a practitioner who is passionate about holistic wellness and wants to work in a collaborative, community-rooted environment.
Position Overview:
The FNP will serve as a key clinical provider at Fig Tree Wellness, offering direct patient care and collaborating with Guardian MD, our medical director platform, to ensure high-quality integrative services. This role includes administering IV therapy, vitamin injections, peptides, and hormone therapy, as well as supporting our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) services.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform medical clearance assessments for new and returning wellness clients
-Administer IV therapy, vitamin booster shots, peptides, and HRT protocols
-Facilitate HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy) sessions
-Collaborate with Guardian MD for chart reviews, supply orders, and medical oversight
-Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans in alignment with best practices
-Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
-Support a collaborative and client-centered healing experience
Qualifications:
-Active California Family Nurse Practitioner license
-DEA license (or willingness to obtain)
-Experience in IV therapy, functional medicine, or integrative wellness preferred
-Comfortable working with electronic systems (Guardian MD, EMR platforms)
-Warm, communicative, and committed to team-based care
