Camarillo Non-profit organization is seeking an HR Generalist to help support the overall functions of the HR Department. Ideally looking for someone who is interested in growing their skills within the HR field.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible start time available)
$25.00-$27.00/hour + Benefits
Responsibilities:
Administer compensation and benefits plans.
Assist with talent acquisitions and recruitment processes.
Conduct employment verification's, employee on-boarding and help with training and development.
Provide support to employees with various HR related tasks such as leaves of absence and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
Maintain employee files and records.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in an HR related role
HR Generalist experience a plus but not required!
