Seeking a Recruiter for our Camarillo facility. This is a full time opportunity, Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm.
$60,000-$70,000/year + Benefits!
Responsibilities:
-Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Maintain a high-level manager experience.
-Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation, maintaining a high-level candidate experience. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Maintain accurate information in ADP Recruitment module to ensure compliance with Federal Contractor regulations.
-Actively and creatively source, screen, evaluate and network with top talent utilizing innovative recruiting approaches.
-Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
-Drafts and/or revises job descriptions for global organization. Works closely with managers and employees to ensure all job descriptions reflect accurate responsibilities and knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA’s).
-Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open.
Requirements:
-3-5 years experience of full cycle recruiting
-Familiar with HR laws and regulations
-Bilingual in Spanish required
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
