What Does the Entry Level Maintenance Worker Do
Cleaning HVAC systems
Firewall servicing
Fire damper testing
Construct Dust Control Barriers (ICRA) with Visqueen and/or Coroplast sheets
Removal of water and mold damaged building materials
Treatment and removal of mold growth of residential and commercial buildings
What we hope to see from candidates:
Experienced in related janitorial, custodian. general maintenance or mechanical maintenance, electrical, plumbing or HVAC
Experience in Fire Damper/Fire Stopping Preferred
Hard working, dependable, and responsible
Able to work independently
Willing to work the night shift - A lot of our work is overnights, like 4:30pm - 1:00am or 6:00pm - 2:30 am, etc.
Have reliable transportation
CA Driver License, to drive company vehicle required
Complete background check and drug test
Requires local travel within assigned region
