Assistant Manager for Housecleaning Service
We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing housecleaning service team! In this role, you’ll train and lead cleaning crews, run service routes, perform hands-on cleaning, and help build efficient routes to ensure top-notch service. Monday through Friday 4 to 6+ hours daily
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a lead housecleaner
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Willingness to grow with the company
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
