We are seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage and work on construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and maintaining a high standard workmanship.
## Duties
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage subcontractors and construction workers on-site.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Create project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate with clients, sub-contractors and team members.
## Skills
### Required Skills:
- Must have valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proven experience as construction Foreman, project manager or similar role.
- Must be able to lift 49lbs consistently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of all trades involved in residential remodels.
- Knowledge of common residential building codes and business practices.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations for construction sites
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Strong ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Own tools and truck.
