We’re looking for someone who has an eye and who is a reliable and experienced gardener/property maintenance worker to help care for a large private home/garden in Ojai. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and can handle all aspects of gardening and property upkeep to keep the residence well-maintained.
You must have experience in:
Gardening and plant care (trimming, planting, identifying when plants need attention)
Irrigation system repair (fixing leaks, maintaining sprinklers)
Simple carpentry (fence, gate, and door repairs)
General property maintenance (simple repairs and upkeep)
Working well alongside other employees on the property
Completing tasks efficiently and on time with minimal supervision
Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
References required; final candidates may be subject to background check and drug screening

Full-time/part time position
Monday–Friday schedule
