2 YEARS PRIOR EXPERINCE AS A WATER DAMAGE TECHNICIAN IS REQUIRED
Sales skills: able to assess, quote, sell jobs and negotiate contracts
Customer service: Technician must be able to deliver 5 star customer service, effectively communicate with the customer and insurance adjusters
Communication: MUST possess top notch communication skills
Planning and Problem Solving Skills: Able to effectively plan job schedules and think on your feet
Experience with mitigation for property insurance claims.
Knowledge of the IICRC regulations and how to implement them
Timeliness: Able to effectively manage own time and complete tasks in time line expected
Reliability: Must be responsible and reliable
Must be available to be on call evenings some weekends
Full Time
Must have a valid CADL and Clean DMV
IICRC Certification is a plus but not required
Xactimate is a plus but not required
