French Florist is seeking a creative, passionate, and experienced Floral Designer to join our team! This is your opportunity to work with the most beautiful blooms from around the world and craft breathtaking arrangements that make a lasting impression on our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Design and create custom floral arrangements for all occasions
Work directly with customers to understand and fulfill their floral needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Ensure flower inventory is properly maintained and restocked
Assist with unpacking and prepping floral shipments
Perform other duties, as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in floral design and strong knowledge of arrangement styles and techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for color and balance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Genuine love for flowers and creativity in your work
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods during your shift
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Frequent use of hands and arms for cutting, arranging, and wrapping flowers
- Comfortable working in cooler environments and handling buckets of water and floral supplies
