Job Title: Nursery Plant Manager w/Experience
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced Plant Nursery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, including supervising staff, monitoring inventory, purchasing, marketing and ensuring that all safety and health regulations are followed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with plants, trees and customers. The Nursery Manager must also have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery.
Provide guidance and support to staff members including scheduling, weekly promo updates.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety of staff.
Develop and implement a monthly marketing campaign.
Purchasing new stock, lives plants and accessories, pots, fountains , etc.
Retail pricing and labeling.
Job Type: Full-time or Part Time
Pay: Commensurate with Experience + Bonuses
