General Laborer – Production
Location: Camarillo, CA
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Full‑time (40 hrs/week) — Overtime Available
Start Date: ASAP
Experience Required: None – Full Training Provided
Compliance: Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check (per California regulations)
About the Role:
Join a growing production team and rotate through cultivation, harvest, propagation, trimming, and machine‑operation departments. Over time, high performers may specialize in one area.
Key Responsibilities (training provided):
- Cultivation & Propagation: Transplanting, watering, pruning, greenhouse sanitation
- Harvest & Trimming: Harvesting plants, hand/machine trimming, maintaining quality + speed
- Machine Operation: Operating trimming/packaging equipment, assisting with basic troubleshooting
Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable, punctual, comfortable with physical labor
- Able to follow SOPs and work both independently & as part of a team
- Flexible for overtime; eager to learn across departments
Requirements:
- 21 years or older
- Pass background check (CA compliance)
- Reliable transportation to Camarillo
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
