The Greenskeeper is responsible for maintaining and caring for the golf course grounds to ensure
optimal playing conditions. This includes mowing, watering, fertilizing, and maintaining turf, bunkers,
greens, tees, fairways, and landscape areas. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to
safety standards, and the ability to operate turf maintenance equipment effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other turf areas using specialized equipment.
- Maintain bunkers, including raking, edging, and sand replenishment.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other turf care products under supervision.
- Perform general course maintenance such as trimming, debris removal, and cart path upkeep.
- Assist in course setup — changing hole locations, setting tee markers, and maintaining signage.
- Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other turf maintenance machinery.
- Report turf health issues (disease, pests, or stress) to supervisors.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in golf course or turf maintenance (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license (required).

Physical Requirements:
