Handyman/Facilities Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to coordinate and perform daily interoffice mail runs, basic building and ground maintenance. This position also assists multiple departments with various tasks as needed.

Experience:

Handyman, janitorial and facilities maintenance

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

Communication Skills:

Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate and deliver needed information to staff and/or vendors.

Other Skills & Abilities

Ability to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and internet. Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Some tasks will require driving the company van and box truck (clean driving record required). Workmen's commonsense (work smarter, not harder).
