Position: Irrigation Maintenance
Maintain and install electronic water control systems, fix water leaks and sprinklers.
An individual that has some organizational skills to create a maintenance plan.
Property Management Repair at Plus: plumbing, painting, hardscape maintenance.
Must be able to work in a team as well as work a plan and stay focused. Communication skills are a plus.
Owner only speaks English. Full-time position. Must be reliable.
