Job Requirements and Skills
- 3 years of experience as an irrigation technician required
-Supervise maintenance crews and ensure projects are completed on time
-Able to maintain a consistent landscape maintenance schedule, including fertilizer application, irrigation scheduling, and chemical application
-Deliver timesheets daily and other company-required documents as needed
-Comply with all company policies, procedures, and security requirements.
-Able to identify common plants, shrubs, and trees
-Have practical knowledge of irrigation system installation and repair, and proficiency in programming irrigation controllers
-Able to communicate and work with your manager to complete tasks promptly
-Able to delegate tasks and communicate effectively with crew members regarding any information, issues and operations on the job site
-Practice safe operation and proper care of tools and equipment
-English and Spanish speakers preferred
-Must possess a valid California driver's license
