We are looking for an experienced Audio Video Technician with project management skills. This is a Lead position, and the selected candidate will be responsible to oversee their Install team to complete projects as specified.
Typical Daily Responsibilities include:
Installation of A/V, Smart Home, and Automation Equipment (Speakers, Televisions, Projectors, Network Equipment, Automation Equipment, CCTV Systems, Telephone Systems, Access Control and Shading Solutions)
Capable of completing (without supervision) all typical AV device installations, including flat panel displays, projectors & screens, motorized mounts and housings, recessed and invisible speakers, security cameras/NVR.
Understanding of low voltage systems for audio, video, control and CCTV
Equipment Rack Wiring
Hardware provisioning
Coordinate and manage other team members or sub-contractors
Complete daily work orders on project status and communicate requirements
Manage, lead and mentor 1 or more individuals assigned to your team depending on project requirements
Required Experience:
5 years minimum experience required in the Audio Video trade with references.
Extensive knowledge and experience in the prewiring of structured cabled systems.
Extensive knowledge and experience in the installation of all types of Audio/Video equipment.
Knowledge on how to read and decipher blueprints and schematics

Hourly pay will be based on experience with lots of room to grow.
