Allguard Termite and Pest Control is a local, Veteran Owned business looking for hard working, growth minded individuals to join our team in the Ventura area. We are currently seeking a Pest Control Applicator and/or Technician to work on maintaining and growing a pest control route, effectively treat infestations for residential and commercial customers and perform Termite/WDO inspections. Pay based on license(s) and experience
Willing to train from related industries like construction, route sales, service industry etc. MUST HAVE CLEAN DMV RECORD, NO FELONIES AND BE WILLING TO STUDY AND PASS YOUR PEST CONTROL LICENSE TEST WITHIN 60 DAYS OF HIRE - WE WILL TRAIN!
Already have a Pest license Branch 2 or 3? Higher pay based on license and experience!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MUST HAVE CLEAN DMV AND NO FELONIES, BE WILLING TO STUDY/PASS CALIFORNIA STRUCTURAL PEST CONTROL BOARD Field Representative LICENSE Branch 2 and 3 (WE WILL TRAIN)
Apply pesticides/insecticides to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
Drive company vehicle to customers' houses or places of business.
Clean Driving Record (REQUIRED).
Physically Able to Lift 50 lbs., work on a 2-Story Ladder and work in attics and crawl spaces.
Call customers to confirm scheduled services.
Respond on a timely basis to customers' requests for telephone and in-person service calls.
Able to Work Independently.
Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition.
